Responsible for creating unique and compelling creative assets that are leveraged by the Pella Direct Sales Network (PDSN) throughout the US and Canada; works with both the Centralized Marketing Team and Pella’s creative team, Marketing Communications, to create regional, and in some cases, hyper-local versions of the brand’s national campaign. Responsible for collaborating with and assisting marketing team in meeting team goals by developing engaging creative that builds local brand awareness and drives revenue growth for individual PDSN branches. Responsible for ensuring brand standards and legal disclaimers are accurate and meet corporate guidelines. Provide marketing, brand, and graphic design expertise to PDSN branches and other functional areas. Responsible for developing creative that drives awareness, loyalty, advocacy, and lead generation across paid, earned and owned media vehicles. Design all print and digital creative for Centralized Marketing branches. Responsible for modifying creative as needed to align with local/regional market opportunities. Received Eloqua Luminary Master's Certificate in 2018, and utilized Eloqua training to create multiple emails for PDSN branches. Updated email creative for our Nurture Marketing cadence in 2019. Coordinated with the Marketing Communications team on multiple projects including development of retail brand guidelines and multiple retail specific photo shoots. Joined Pella Brand Marketing team in 2019. Responsible for developing creative to support product launches and other business goals across multiple channels.
